Reporting Safety Concerns

Creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment is a top priority in the Ellensburg School District. We are committed to addressing any concerns related to student safety, including bullying, harassment, intimidation, and discrimination.

If you or your child has experienced or witnessed a safety concern—including bullying, harassment (based on race, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or other protected categories), threats, or other unsafe behavior—please let us know.

Report a Concern Anonymously with StopIt

We encourage parents, students, and staff to report concerns quickly and easily using the StopIt app. StopIt allows you to confidentially report incidents of bullying, harassment, or other safety issues directly to school administrators.

Using StopIt, you can:

  • Report incidents anonymously

  • Upload photos, videos, or screenshots

  • Communicate with school staff while protecting your identity

  • Help keep our schools safe for everyone

Reports are reviewed during school hours. If this is an emergency or someone is in immediate danger, please call 911.

You can also report concerns directly to your school's principal or to the District's Civil Rights Coordinator, Rhonda Schmidt.
