Community Flyer Submission – Peachjar

Ellensburg School District partners with Peachjar to distribute community and school flyers digitally. This paperless approach saves resources, reduces costs, and makes it easier for families to stay informed about valuable programs and events.

Why Digital Flyers?

• Flyers are emailed directly to parents/guardians and posted on each school’s online flyerboard.

• Families can view flyers anytime by clicking the Peachjar button on their school’s website.

• Flyers feature clickable links and buttons that take parents straight to your registration page or website.

• Distribution through Peachjar is faster, easier, and less expensive than printing and hand-delivering flyers.

• Each flyer comes with performance reports so you can track how many families opened, viewed, and clicked.

• Approved community organizations may qualify for Peachjar’s Community Free Flyer Program.

How to Submit a Flyer

1. Create a Peachjar Account

   • Visit Peachjarcom and register as a Community Organization.

2. Review District Approval Guidelines

   • All flyers must meet Ellensburg School District’s Flyer Approval Guidelines.

   • Please note: Paper flyers from outside organizations are no longer accepted.

3. Upload Your Flyer

   • Log in to your account.

   • Select Post & Notify to upload your flyer.

   • Choose the schools you want to reach and the dates your flyer will run.

4. District Approval

   • After you submit, your flyer is automatically routed to the district for review.

   • Once approved, it will be emailed to families and posted online for the selected duration.

• Include a call-to-action button like “Register Now,” “Sign Up,” or “Learn More.”

Cost & Discounts

Peachjar charges a small fee per flyer, which is typically less than the cost of printing and distributing paper copies. Discount packages and the Community Free Flyer Program are available for eligible organizations. Learn more on the Peachjar Community Organizations page.
