ParentSquare is excited to share that they will be launching Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to further protect your data and accounts in October 2025.

What’s changing:

MFA will be required for all staff members who log in with a password. This update helps protect your account from being compromised. By requiring MFA, we reduce the risk of malicious actors gaining access and using accounts to send inappropriate or misleading information to your school community.

What this means for you:

If you sign in with a password, you will receive a verification code to the email or phone number you used to log in. You’ll then enter this code to complete the sign-in process.
