What is the Transitional Bilingual Education Program (TBIP)?

This program is designed to meet the needs of students whose primary language is something other than English and have demonstrated a need for additional support. Funding for this program comes from both the State of Washington and the Federal Government.

How do I get assistance in the Ellensburg School District if I don't speak English?

The Goal of the MIgrant Education Program is to ensure that all migrant students reach challenging academic standards and graduate with a high school dipolma that prepares them for responsible citizenship, further learning and productive employment.

ELPA21 is the English Language Proficiency Assessment that students will take annually and from which their language proficiency status and domain scores are generated.
